Creating is probably the most satisfying process for me. Creation has the power to change the world, to change a perspective or an understanding. You have the chance to make something new, which has never been here before!

Researching is my way to a creation. We try to understand the world better, understand the idea of a movement, an emotion or the meaning behind it. As professional dancers we often use scientifically-based research to create art.

We improvise every day; we just don’t realize it. Every time we make a decision, interact with another person, observe how we are feeling it is a part of the improvisation of life. Improvisation through dance is just developing awareness and practicing life.
