Two people, one body. Two bodies, one organism.
Not black, not white, not red, not blue.
Connected, unconnected. One and yet separate.
Touched yet neutral, empty yet filled, orderly and yet not perfect.

When do we merge into one and when do we remain separate? How transparent are we, were we, have we become? What does it mean to walk alone, or together?

In the dance performance “Fragments of One,” Rebecca Mary Narum and Miriam Cheema explore the layers of being connected. The two performers invite you into the different states of an individual’s being within two bodies. They explore the permeability of their bodies and beings, a dance between two and one.

Miriam Cheema and Rebecca Mary will be performing “Fragments of One” once again in the Kammertheater of E-Werk Freiburg!
