SUMMARY:Performance - Unwritten Bodies: Seen & Unseen
DESCRIPTION:A German-Indian project about bodies\, identity\, and social conditioning. Rebecca Mary Narum (DE/USA) and Purnendra Meshram (IN) encounter each other with their visibly different bodies and experiences. Using contact improvisation\, real-time composition\, and a transparent plastic sheet as a symbol of social “skins\,” they explore closeness and difference\, visibility and withdrawal. The project invites the audience to actively participate—not only as spectators\, but as co-researchers. In open rehearsals\, interactive workshops\, and performances “Unwritten Bodies” becomes a space for encounter. Sound (Fiona Combosch) and film (Satya Gautam) expand the dialogue on a sensory level.
